You owe it to your peace of mind and your responsibility to "Let all things be done decently and in order". Allow us to assist and instruct you in what should be an exciting and enriching opportunity in the lives of your church.
Scriptural Basis
Luke 14:28-30 28 For which of you, intending to build a tower, sitteth not down first, and counteth the cost, whether he have sufficient to finish it? 29 Lest haply, after he hath laid the foundation, and is not able to finish it, and all that behold it begin to mock him, 30 Saying, This man began to build, and was not able to finish.
The cost of building is more than just money, it also takes, time (i.e. time away from study, prayer, ministry, and family) and resources, and adds inconveniences and anxieties.
